Jupiter Ridge Farm is located in the Driftless region of Iowa, owned and operated by solopreneur Adrian White (she/her/hers), and located atop a 1200-foot high ridge covered with restored native prairie and forest. The small farm produces ethically and sustainably grown vegetables, herbs, mushrooms, and some herbal products – not 15 miles away from the Mississippi River.

Jupiter Ridge Farm currently sells direct to restaurants, breweries, convenience stores, wineries, cafés, wholesalers, and food hubs/food pantries/food shelves – and has an online shop providing pre-order, delivery, and limited shipping of  produce and some herbal products to an ever-growing list of direct buyers in Iowa, United States, and even abroad. Local delivery options are available regularly to Dubuque, Dyersville, and surrounding areas – visit the shop, scroll down on your right, and find the button “Join My Email Buyer List” to sign up. Adrian White / Jupiter Ridge Farm also makes occasional vendor appearances at Dubuque Farmers Market downtown and Winter Market Dubuque.

Starting in college with an interest in small-scale agriculture – and helping establish her campus’ first official Organic Gardening Club – Adrian White spent 2009 through 2011 traveling around the United States and Ecuador, learning hands-on methods of food production: chiefly in specialty vegetable / mushroom production and homesteading, along with poultry, egg, and livestock production (and husbandry). From 2012 to 2014, she undertook crew, pack shed, and administrative CSA management at Echollective Farm in Mechanicsville north of Iowa City, Iowa.  A land opportunity with the Sustainable Iowa Land Trust (SILT) brought her up to northeastern Iowa in late 2016, finally starting her own independent operation on independent land in 2017 and called it Jupiter Ridge Farm.

All items are Certified Naturally Grown. They are produced using sustainable and environmentally responsible growing methods, including healthy soil building, cover cropping, crop rotation, compost amending, all-natural fertilizers, and minimal chemical use.

Over the years Jupiter Ridge Farm’s products have found their way to many a plate in local restaurants, institutions, and other food industries across East/Northeast Iowa – such as Brazen, Pepper Sprout, The Food Store, University of Dubuque, and City Girl Farming in Dubuque; Hill Country Convenience Store in Colesburg; Brew & Brew Cafe and Textile Brewery in Dyersville; Park Farm Winery in Bankston; Luna Valley Pizza Farm in Decorah; ShareBastaPullman Bar and Diner, and Clinton Street Social Club in Iowa City; the Palisades Cafe in Mt.
